To begin, each candidate must pass a Social Security name and address trace. Then, every facet of their education, military service and employment history will be verified. Any gaps in employment of six months or longer will require a criminal background check even if your company does not require such checks.

Any additional third party background checks or screening unique to your pre-employment requirements can be added at no additional charge.

Paige will select only those candidates who are qualified for the position you have open and want the type of position you have open.

For Direct Hire Positions:
We offer an initial, unconditional 30 day free trial period and a one-year full replacement guarantee.

For Temporary, Temp-to-Hire and Contract Positions:
Each employee is covered by an unconditional new assignment guarantee based on the length and complexity of the assignment.
